A little Gem in the heart of District 1 of Ho Chi Minh. Hard to pick anything wrong with this hotel. The location is just great. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, clean and healthy and quiet, so you will not be woken up by the noise of the street in the wee hours of the morning. Breakfast is awesome. Wifi is top and the staff is simply the most friendly and forward-looking to make your stay an enjoyable experience. They have a very high command of English, so you will not be met with blanks stares and are happy to engage you in conversations. And the rates are just perfect for anyone on a low budget. Simply the best place I have found in Saigon so far. This is for sure my hotel for my next visit to Saigon.

All the while going to an unknown place would seem scary, upon arrival, i love the ambiance it gave, secluded beach, spacious, a lot of smiles by the staff, nightly events (loved the movie night, fire show and beer pong tournament!!), met new people, had fun talking, eating and drinking, accommodating staff! Definitely will come back when going back to Mui Ne! Cheers!

Very good location in Hochiminh city. Bui Vien street just a 3 minutes walking distance if you enjoy the night life. Nearby got some popular food shop. And family mart is opposite the street out to hotel. Hotel is spacious, clean and quiet. It is a good choice to stay here for everything in Hochiminh city. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located inside the 373 alley. The 1st time we go to this hotel by Grab, the driver drop us in front of a local traditional market so it’s a bit difficult to find the hotel itself. It will be so much easier if you go to the Beer Plaza in Cong Quynh street and across to another side then walk inside the alley, you’ll see the hotel in the edge of the alley. The hotel is look like a hostel because of its small-size building, but don’t worry the facilities inside is satisfying. You’ve take your shoes off inside the hotel, it’s clean. The WiFi also good in every room. The receptionist was so kind, he’ll give you a welcome drink and fruit also will inform you about the city. He don’t charge for early check in. Few things that make me felt less comfort is only the water in my room is so small. Overall everything is okay, This place is recommended for you who needs budget accommodation with good service and location. For moslem travelers, I think noodles and fried egg is a good choice for breakfast because another menu is contains pork.

Town House doesn't have any slippers so, the room often gets wet after showering. I think TH need supply slippers for customers. The lane to TH from Pham Ngu Lao street is really small and dirty, TH should give direction for customers to get TH by the lane from Cong Quynh street. It's shorter, cleaner and safer.

nice place to stay. the breakfast is so delicious with plenty of fruit and salad. Room is clean but no elevator inside so you have to extra work to up to the 3rd floor. Receptionist is friendly and english speaking.

Very good hotel at a great location. Located right next to the backpacker street and yet very peaceful with no disturbance from the party scene nearby. Cheap, very clean and good service.

Hard to find the hotel. I suggest putting sign board on the roadside. Easy to get food.
