The hotel is actually nice, with plenty of activities for kids, but it's a shame the staff isn't very proactive during these activities. When the kids were learning to shape clay, there was no explanation; they were just accompanied, then photos and videos were taken. The expectation is that they should at least be introduced to what this is, what they're supposed to make, and so on. Without communication, it feels like the kids are just messing around.
If you want to know about the kids' activities, you have to ask in the lobby first. Maybe next time, they could give guests a schedule upon check-in as a guide. If you don't ask, they probably won't be informed.
But so far, so good. The food is top-notch, really delicious! The variety is also good.
