I booked a room for 4 people through traveloka, when I checked in, 1 person was busy and couldn't go so there were only 3. The staff saw that there were 3 people so they put me in a room of 3 while I had already paid for a room of 4 (the staff explained that the 2 room types had the same price but room 3 was much smaller than room 4). The room was old, damp, small, the bed was very hard. The room for 3 people had 1 double bed and 1 single bed, the single bed was very hard, even the blanket didn't have a mattress inside. When I went to take a shower, there was no hot water, I intended to use the phone in the room to call the receptionist but the phone was not plugged in, I had to go directly to the receptionist to ask, then the receptionist said they would send someone to turn on the hot water valve for my room??? So there was no hot water available, and even the hot water valve was outside, the guest couldn't turn it on themselves? It was really inconvenient.
