I booked a room for 4 people through traveloka, when I checked in, 1 person was busy and couldn't go so there were only 3. The staff saw that there were 3 people so they put me in a room of 3 while I had already paid for a room of 4 (the staff explained that the 2 room types had the same price but room 3 was much smaller than room 4). The room was old, damp, small, the bed was very hard. The room for 3 people had 1 double bed and 1 single bed, the single bed was very hard, even the blanket didn't have a mattress inside. When I went to take a shower, there was no hot water, I intended to use the phone in the room to call the receptionist but the phone was not plugged in, I had to go directly to the receptionist to ask, then the receptionist said they would send someone to turn on the hot water valve for my room??? So there was no hot water available, and even the hot water valve was outside, the guest couldn't turn it on themselves? It was really inconvenient.

The water heater is broken (all the circuits are exposed and cannot be turned on), the old air conditioner is broken, the old TV cannot watch the internet, the only thing is that the cleaning is ok, but the extra hour fee is a bit expensive, up to 70k/next hour (higher class hotels usually only charge 50k/next hour).

I read the hotel reviews before booking the room, most of them criticized the hotel service as not very good, so I was a bit hesitant. But because the hotel is near the center and near my workplace, I decided to choose the hotel. The room is a bit small but it is enough for a person like me, there is wifi on all floors, the room is clean, there is air conditioning, hot and cold water, drinking water, every day there will be staff cleaning the room... the receptionist is also friendly... If I have the opportunity to go to Hanoi, I will definitely continue to stay here.

It looks like this is a scam hotel, paid money for a full 22hours and just to be told that I can only stay for 2 hours. Meanwhile if I wanna stay there then I’d have to pay extra 350k VND. The hotel is old and smells like mold, the bed is hard.

The room area is clean, the wifi works well and it is in an area with lots of cheap local culinary.

Extremely bad experience, be careful when ordering on the app to avoid being scammed. Or there are times when you order one thing and the staff says another thing when you get there.

I usually stay here when I go to Hanoi on business, friendly staff, ok room but the bathroom needs a little renovation because the bathroom door is rusty already.

If the hotel is vacant during the season, if the hotel arrives 45 "early (13:15), the hotel will charge an extra check in 60k. I travel a lot of places, most of the hotels even support early check in 2-3 If the room is empty, this is a matter of comfort for guests when staying because the amount of surcharge is not much.
