A pleasant experience while vacationing at Villa Agape 🙌

Cleanliness needs to be improved. There are many ant trails in the bedroom, kitchen, and living room. The TV is broken and unusable. It needs to be repaired so that when someone orders it, the TV is undamaged.

The hotel staff is friendly. Although the house is old, it is clean. There is a kitchen and a stove. There is no rice cooker but you can borrow one. Spoons, plates, bowls, and glasses are available. The TV is also okay. You just have to bring your own toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, and towels) because they are not provided. The bed is comfortable. It can accommodate 6-7 people. My daughter-in-law forgot her fanny pack, but she immediately informed us and we went back to get it. Thank you. My mother also liked it and said she would stay here again sometime.

The shape of the villa is like a hospital, the garden is not taken care of, the pool is dirty. It's like an old house. Not as expected.

The location is easy to reach, not too deep. Close to the city and places to eat, unfortunately there is no refrigerator.

Unit yang diterima terlihat seperti rumah jadul, namun setelah masuk ternyata lebih bersih dari perkiraan. Staff ramah, pelayanannya bagus. Tingkat kebersihannya juga terbilang baik walau di bagian jendela debu terlihat tebal dan pintu kamar mandi agak kurang terawat. Water heater nya kurang berfungsi. Colokan listrik banyak jadi tidak kesulitan saat mau cas hp. Wifi tidak bisa digunakan. Tersedia juga fasilitas kolam renang.

Kelebihan menginap di sini. 1. Staf dan ownernya ramah dan cepat respon 2. Selimut wangi lantai bersih walau banyak semut hitam di awal masuk. 3. Cari makan depan villa banyak dan murmer 4. Ruangan vintage terlihat baru diperbaiki walau dari luar terlihat tua dan biasa. Kekurangannya. 1. Tidak bisa early check in, baiknya jika memang kamar or villa sudah ready gak ada salahnya bisa langsung kasih kunci ke penginap. Saya baru kali ini dikenakan biaya early check-in padahal kemarin masuk jam 11, tapi ya sudahlah daripada harus nunggu di luar sampe jam 2. Sudah lelah dijalan kena macet, biasanya tidak pernah. Masuk hotel dari kelas biasa sampai bintang 5 kalo tamu sudah dateng dan kamar ready Alhamdulillah kami bisa langsung check in. Apalagi kalo daerah puncak yang notabennya ada tutup buka. Kalo kesiangan dikit sudah macet parah. 2. Yang paling harus diperbaiki dari kasurnya. Parah. Keras PD sakit badan. Sudah gak layak pakai untuk sekelas penginapan. 3. Kolam renang agak kotor. Semoga tempat ini ke depannya bisa memberikan fasilitas lebih baik lagi dan lebih berkah lagi.

First here, with a big family... You can get a villa with 2 rooms + 1 large extra bed... From the outside the villa looks like an old house... It was a bit underestimated at first, but when you entered, it was just renovated I think.. So the atmosphere is vintage.. Not as scary as it looks from the outside.. Just enter it, maybe it can be repainted/renovated as well as the outside design of the villa.. Swimming pool is available which is also open to the public. It's starting to get crowded because... Hopefully the villa can be even better.. Because the location is really strategic, you just have to go in the morning "well, if you want to climb to Cipanas.. Overnight, you've got a bad traffic jam.

Quick response officer. There is no wifi. Does not match the ad/description. Tv is still old school / tube tv. Beds must be upgraded, because they are cramped and uncomfortable for sleeping, for fear of collapsing. Others are good.

The villa is comfortable for families, the place is not far from the main road. The swimming pool is clean, the children love to play there. The bathroom is clean. There are 4 rooms, but the room in front of the bed is broken, when the plywood is occupied it comes off, so you have to be careful when you want to sleep.
