There were renovations going on and the swimming pool and restaurant weren't working.

Everything was ok except the receptionist. When I checked in, the staff had an attitude, not very friendly or cheerful. When I checked out, I met another super cute staff. I hope the hotel will reconsider. As soon as I stepped into the hotel, this reduced the joy of the trip by 30%.

My family has been here twice and is very satisfied with the service and rooms. Everything is great, nothing to complain about.

The hotel does not match the advertised level. The rooms are old and the facilities have deteriorated over time. There are often large tour groups, which are very noisy and tiring. The only advantage is that the price is cheap compared to the average, but I will not return.

The room is spacious and clean. The hotel has parking space and polite staff. However, the air conditioner in the room is not cold, the buffet food is not diverse and not delicious. The room key is often faulty and cannot be unlocked.

Minus 2 points "Receptionist" is very not nice, the attitude between Vietnamese and International customers is very different, just checked in and saw the attitude of the receptionist really did not want to check in right away and the "Breakfast buffet" is really more like a show, weak coffee, everything is just laid out, bland, if you stay in the Condotel area and have breakfast like this, you really can't eat it, I only ate the first meal. Everything else is OK, all great.

Spacious room. Airy. Bathroom ceiling shower is faulty but does not affect service experience. Breakfast food is a bit small but ok. Receptionist, shuttle bus and housekeeping staff are all very friendly with customers. Very satisfied.
