Will come back here again, it's really worth it

I like the hotel, but unfortunately the AC is leaking, the sink won't drain, and there's mold on the bed sheet.

Good hotel and location in the city

This is my second stay here, and the atmosphere is still just as comfortable. Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. The room amenities are also quite complete, including cool air conditioning and working hot water. The location is also strategic, close to convenience stores and restaurants.

We stayed in an executive room on the second floor. This hotel is comfortable for kids, with super cold AC, a spacious, and clean room. The bathroom was clean, with hot water flowing smoothly, a clean sink, and a clean toilet. There were two towels and two toothbrush sets. The soap seemed to be a 2-in-1 with shampoo, but we brought our own. The Lippo Mall is very close, and there are plenty of food vendors around the hotel. The TV uses local channels, so there are also cartoons for kids. There's a swimming pool for kids, knee-deep, and a deeper pool, about 120cm. The water is cold, but the kids loved it. Parking might be a bit tricky, but all the hotel staff were quick, so it wasn't a problem for us. This hotel is highly recommended. If you're ever in Batu, it could be a great destination. The good thing is, the people are very kind and very helpful, very polite, quite clean and the room is spacious, parking is also assisted so it's not a problem. The lack of food is because maybe they use catering from outside, they don't cook it themselves so the food is all cold, and for 3 nights the food is the same all the time, the porridge is cold and the side dishes are very little mixed in the porridge, and around 8 o'clock many people have finished their food. The toilet also leaked and the water came out a bit smelly.

The hotel staff is friendly. Please provide more variety in the breakfast menu.

The service was top-notch. There were a few issues, but the management resolved them. Breakfast was pretty good. I'll just add that the bathroom was nice, but there's one downside: it doesn't have an exhaust fan, so it was a bit stuffy in the room I stayed in. I don't know about the other rooms. The hotel room is comfortable, perfect for families. Best of all, it's close to culinary spots, malls, and the town square, so you can just walk... Overall, it's great.
