The service was top-notch. There were a few issues, but the management resolved them. Breakfast was pretty good. I'll just add that the bathroom was nice, but there's one downside: it doesn't have an exhaust fan, so it was a bit stuffy in the room I stayed in. I don't know about the other rooms. You can see Panderman Hill and Mount Arjuna from the rooftop cafe, but it wasn't open at the time. Its location is close to Batu Square and Batu Plaza, making it very convenient. Finding breakfast early in the morning is also easy.

I took a deluxe room, right in front of the pool. The staff was super friendly and polite. The room was clean and fragrant. Check-in and check-out were fast. Unfortunately, the cafe restaurant was closed, but there are many food vendors around the hotel. It's also close to souvenir shops, pizza hot and Indomie, so you can buy souvenirs while walking around. The hot water only took 3 minutes to get warm. Although there is air conditioning, it was turned off because the room was already quite cold. The Wi-Fi signal is strong, and the TV is also good. The bathroom is clean and fragrant. Next time I go to Batu, I will stay here again.

The room is very big. Comfortable. There is a swimming pool for children and adults. Unfortunately, the balcony of room 220 is dirty because there are building materials. Parking space is also limited.

Every time I go to Batu, I always stay here because the price is quite affordable, the room is comfortable, it's easy to go anywhere, and the most exciting thing is that there is a swimming pool. All my nephews are happy swimming.
