Overall good, but the receptionist who served food during breakfast, complained so much that I felt offended several times not only to me, but to the mother and her child, and the father at that time. We are prohibited from bringing food upstairs but other hotels allow it, my child moves a little to take food usually takes bread always gets reprimanded because of this, the worst hotel I have ever seen. Please the reception staff who serve the breakfast section introspect themselves to be a little friendlier & & don't be too controlling there the food is already available there should be no complaints people want to eat so annoyed. We are not village people who have never been in a hotel, we are from the city and are used to staying in hotels at other stars, we are very serious about the service of the hotel. Thank you Genio Hotel, please accept the suggestion
