This hotel don't provide iron and kettle . Pls aware ya . We are very disappointed especially about the iron . How come they don't provide at all ?? not even the specific room for iron atleast

such be okay... hotel is clear... than got swimming poor... but no tuk tuk there because hotel this is new place... but guard services okay too nice... we pay the deposit can use malaysia ringgit pay... if next I wan go to hat yai I will rebook this hotel..

The room is clean. The places is very convenient for travel using car because of spacious parking area. Only disappointed with the parking instructor where there are many parking space but he insist us to park far from the elevator/access while we travel with small kids

Must use the key card to open the door to exit the building. If staying for 2 people, must go outside together. Can not be separated, not very convenient
