The hotel is located in the Red Lamp area, not suitable for family vacations even though it is close to everywhere in Batam.

The only thing lacking is the parking lot, which is quite difficult if you enter late at night..

The hotel is located in a foreign village, suitable for young people because it is in the middle of nightlife, I was disturbed by the sound of music from the discotheque in the area around the hotel. The bathroom was not very clean.

The hotel turned out to be clean, the room was decent, although a bit small, and the staff was very friendly. There are plenty of food stalls nearby. I highly recommend staying here.

The pillows and bed cover are quite clean and comfortable.

The location is in the city center. The hotel reception staff are very unfriendly.

I will come back again if in Batam, close to Indomaret, places to eat and buy snacks, easy access to the hotel.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, close to Indomaret and there are lots of snacks around the hotel so it's easy to find food.

It's value for money, it's good even though the room is small. But the staff was friendly, the location very near to the market.

The location is very strategic for those who want to stay around the Nagoya area.

Every time if I come to batam, always I choice this hotel. The room clean & staff also friendly. 8/10
