Friendly staff, hotel near the beach. There are many convenient restaurants and shops around. At this price, staying at a fully equipped 4* hotel, located right on West Street, I found to be beyond my expectations. I will come back here

Clean room, enthusiastic receptionist

The room received was different from the room type booked, at 11pm in the room suddenly the power went out. After 15-20 minutes the power is back on. The phone in the room also did not work during the time of the phone call. No apology or explanation was received from the hotel.

The room is big & water pressure is ok. But a bit noisy because beside the building is under renovation.

I stay 3 days. No special impression. The price is a bit harsh compared to the room. Room cleaning is also not very satisfying. Temporary breakfast, swimming pool is also quite clean.

I had very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Even though the food was just okay, the sky lounge has beautiful view. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
