The check-in service was very disappointing. We booked a non-smoking room via the app, but were given a smoking area. When we complained, the front desk staff casually told us to complain to the app because we didn't book the room directly through the hotel. Even though the reservation printout clearly stated no smoking, they still casually told us that the front desk was different from the reservation. When we asked to meet with the manager for a solution, he expressionlessly said he had already gone home. Very disappointing service and lack of respect for guests, even though we came all the way from East Java and wanted to see how Tentrem's management was as good as Tentrem's. It turned out not to be. We should only go there once because there are many hotels ready to serve well.
