Chanti Hotel is one of the new ones I think in Semarang. So, I tried it for the first time at that time and I was excited. You should try this hotel if you go to Semarang for a reason, recommended place and have nice surroundings to reach for amuse (like mall, etc).

The hotel is really nice, with friendly service like at Tentrem, only this is the budget version. They also offer Tolak Angin ice cream at an affordable price. The rooms are small but super comfortable.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. The location is also very strategic. We highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast was very crowded, lots of food was finished and not reloaded immediately.

The check-in service was very disappointing. We booked a non-smoking room via the app, but were given a smoking area. When we complained, the front desk staff casually told us to complain to the app because we didn't book the room directly through the hotel. Even though the reservation printout clearly stated no smoking, they still casually told us that the front desk was different from the reservation. When we asked to meet with the manager for a solution, he expressionlessly said he had already gone home. Very disappointing service and lack of respect for guests, even though we came all the way from East Java and wanted to see how Tentrem's management was as good as Tentrem's. It turned out not to be. We should only go there once because there are many hotels ready to serve well.

Great service, from parking, check-in, and other staff. A comprehensive breakfast menu. Convenient if you're planning an overnight stay at Chanti. 🥰

Everything is really good... I'm really satisfied staying here, the room is clean, the breakfast has many variations, the swimming pool is clean, but the room is a bit cramped, otherwise everything is really good and I really recommend this hotel.

It's located very close to the Oen store, with a unique lobby entrance. The breakfast menu is awesome and varied.

I've stayed here several times... I like the clean rooms, and the hotel's location is also close to all the mainstays in Semarang, the staff is also very helpful when there are deliveries of goods in the lobby, the breakfast is also delicious with lots of variety.
