It was all perfect except mosquitoes at Deluxe room. Jacuzzi room was great and no mosquitoes. Their food was fantastic. Delicious!! Thanks for all staff. I have injured several times and they cleaned my wounds. They were really helpful and still didn't forget the amazing taste of coconut from the bar.

Overall experience were nice. Staffs were very helpful and great service. Foods at the resort restaurant were very delicious! but quite expensive. The resort beach is small and rocky but there is coral that you can do snorkelling. Free canoe, life jacket, and snorkelling gear are provided. The internet speed was very poor and slow. Must be improved!

Hotel rooms do not check what damages should be updated or not. It was not worth the money at all. Not to clients that clients pay only for the view. View content from the decision is based. The Cliff Lipe is exactly look like the picture (we stay at over water villa) it is so great and we can use snorkel and kayaking tools for free, but the jacuzzi water is doesn't have the hot water and they only provide eggs, pancake, bacon and fruit for breakfast (so limited option for expensive hotel)...overall the experience in The Cliff Lipe is amazing they also provide DVD player and big screen TV so we can spend night while watching TV but the most amazing thing about this hotel is their view from water villa balcony!!. By the way, they provide free pick up from port to hotel so make sure you arrange the pick up time by email them or calling them or you have to pay 100 baht to use taxi to the hotel from port.
