Honestly, it was different from my first experience staying here. Previously, I stayed on the 30th, Saturday. Since Tuesday I had chatted via the official Ashley Group WA, but there was no response until Thursday. Thursday afternoon I called the receptionist to ask for mirror art. My infophone was simply noted in Traveloka and there was no need to reconfirm because it can be checked from the app during booking. When I checked in, the receptionist didn't discuss any information about the mirror art. I thought maybe it was a birthday surprise so I was afraid of being found out (whose birthday was next to me when I checked in). When I entered the room, it turned out there was no mirror art, honestly, I was very disappointed, the surprise was a total failure :). And coincidentally, I also requested a high floor, but maybe the high floor area is only smoking because I happened to choose non-smoking. When I first came to Ashley Wahid, I happened to get a city view high floor on the 8th floor but smoking, which was very okay. But the room on the 3rd floor had a slight leak in the sink water, the shower was fully on and the hose was leaking, and the plywood on the table was a bit peeling. Overall, the food was okay, and there was free laundry. My suggestion is that if you have an event for a show or mirror art even though you have booked the application, please reconfirm with the hotel.
