The best hotel in Sangatta. Don't bother trying any other hotel. This one is perfect.

Okay for business trips, this is the umpteenth time I have stayed here, highly recommended.

There is a fitness center, swimming pool, large parking area.

Overall, it's okay. The only suggestion is to be more agile in clearing the dining table and dirty dishes after breakfast.

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel, the facilities are quite complete and comfortable, only the bed seems to need rejuvenation, because when I sleep if I move a little, the bed will make a sound and it is quite disturbing and makes me a little worried that the bed will collapse while I am sleeping, and the bathroom water is not stable, it can suddenly be hot then cold.. otherwise everything is ok, the restaurant, pool and cleanliness are okay.. the room size is also quite spacious with a street view, I will stay here again if I go to Sangatta

Everything is good. Only the quality of the bath water is bad. Sometimes it's cloudy like river water.

The staff was friendly from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, just missing an electrical outlet near the bed. Understandably, it was a business trip. Best of luck at Royal Victoria Sangatta!

The sheets were dirty on top of the head, right under the pillow, the soap and shampoo dispensers didn't work at all, otherwise the hotel service and staff were good.
