The room is spacious, already cool upon entering, with dim lighting, comfortable for sleeping, delicious breakfast, and there's also outdoor seating if it's cold inside. Excellent service. You can request breakfast brought to your room, which is fine.

A little sad, because when ordering, it was stated that we wanted a king-size bed. But what we received was a twin bed. Helpful? We were able to combine the beds.

The security service is friendly.
However, the check-in staff was slow. I had already booked the top floor, but they placed me on the lower first floor. Where's the view? I can't see the pool.

The room smelled great and had a perfect view of the city. There was one minor issue: tapping the card to access the elevator was a bit difficult. Perhaps that's a future improvement for 101 Hotel. Otherwise, it was good.
