For a budget hostel, this is okay and clean. However, the inconvenience is the location and access to the unit. The unit is on the third floor and very secluded. To enter the hostel, you have to go through a red door and climb the stairs to the third floor using only the stairs. While climbing the stairs, you'll find other rooms, but during my three days there, I noticed that the other units were all occupied by local men. I don't know if this is a boarding house or a cheap apartment, but it felt uncomfortable climbing the stairs to the third floor.
For a short stay, this place is okay; it's close to the MRT and very close to food, but it feels stuffy and uncomfortable for longer periods.
There's also no staff; it's like ghosts. I didn't see any hostel staff during my stay, haha, but it's clean.
For a long stay, this isn't recommended.
If you're looking for a private room, this isn't recommended because there are two bedrooms, and there could be strangers next to the room, sharing a shared bathroom and kitchen.
But for short trips it's okay to just sleep.
