My stay at De Paviljoen Bandung was very satisfying. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the atmosphere peaceful. The hotel is also close to various dining options and shopping centers. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite varied and delicious. Overall, this hotel is a worthy choice when visiting Bandung.

The location is very strategic. Perhaps because I booked via the app, I was given a room at the very end, far from the elevator, etc. Hot water wasn't always available (like hot water at home, which requires a break between uses). The shower gun was broken and noisy. The hotel environment, other than the lobby, was not very clean, with muddy hallways and untidy trash. Please improve.

It was so much fun camping here, the place was cool, quiet, clean, and the staff were very friendly 👍 The prayer room, bathroom, and toilet were also clean… I will definitely come back to camp here again on my next vacation session 👍

For a 4-star hotel, more attention should be paid to room cleanliness. The sheets and pillowcases were stained. The exhaust fan was dusty, and the bathroom design should also include an exhaust in the toilet area.

This was my first time staying here and I was very impressed. From the staff service, the room amenities, the kids' facilities, and even the food, everything was excellent. Oh, and one more thing, its central location makes it easy to get around, and we can explore the surrounding area.

The room is spacious, the swimming pool is warm, I really like it. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing is the laundry is expensive, hehehe. I will come here again if I go to Bandung.

A pleasant experience, comfortable room, good service. The only downside was the lack of towels at the pool. I went swimming twice (in the afternoon and the next morning) and both times they said they were out of towels.
