Ok place to stay and rest

I like staying here. It's close to the mall and shopping areas. The rooms are clean. However, the AC in my room wasn't cold. The staff was friendly. However, we had a slightly unpleasant experience. The cleaners knocked on our room at 3 in the afternoon and said they wanted to clean it. My kids and I were eating. I said, "Sorry, can you do it later?" But she replied, "Sorry, I can't, ma'am. I have to clean it now." I said, "Okay, then, just don't clean it. It's okay, we're eating." She replied, "Sorry, I can't, ma'am. It'll be clean and we can finish everything." As a result, my kids and I stopped eating and waited outside in the hallway in front of our room. Is that how it's supposed to be? Is it for cleaning? Can't they just wait for us to finish eating? Other than that, it was really good. The food menu also changed, I stayed 2 nights, and every time my bf changed the main menu.

I love it! My room was high up in the 10th floor and the view was fantastic at night; I got to enjoy the fireworks around the city. The meals were decent and had good variety - I love the small cakes and pastries they served. The hotel was strategically located near lots of places that you can reach on foot and Grab or Gojek can easily take to or reach you at the hotel. I wish there were more amenities like gym that we can enjoy, but overall it was a great experience.

I'm a regular stay every time I visit Surabaya. The breakfast never fails. It's always delicious and the menu is varied.

This is my third stay at Hotel 88 Kedungsari. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. The hotel's central location makes getting around the city very easy. The hotel is comfortable and affordable. If I return to Surabaya, I'll definitely stay here again.

Tq Hotel 88... This is my first long trip since my appendectomy last October. To relieve fatigue and be grateful for my recovery, I wanted to enjoy some time alone with my husband and miss the culinary delights of SBY (beef foot soup, Semarang spring rolls, Yogya gudeg, rujak cingur).

The hotel is the best, clean and the staff are very good.

Got a room next to the outdoor AC machine, it was very noisy, the view next to the window was where the food waste cart was, it was not very varied, the staff at check in were not very friendly, I don't know why

Clean, prayer clothes provided, cool.
