The accommodation is right on Hua Hin beach, within walking distance. There's a swimming pool right by the beach. Parking is available for cars, and there's a golf cart shuttle service between the parking lot and the accommodation. The tissues in the room were very thin; they disintegrated before I could even use them.

The accommodation was great, convenient and comfortable. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the food was okay.

The actual condition was quite a bit worse than in the photos. The pool on the building was murky and unsuitable for swimming, but the beachfront pool was fine. The day I stayed, the wind was strong and the sound of windows banging against each other all night. The air conditioner was blowing down on my head, set to 26 degrees Celsius, with the slightest breeze, but it was still so cold I couldn't sleep. I had to turn it off.

I read the reviews and found the place to be quite unfriendly, so I was a bit worried. But when I actually visited, it was better than I thought. However, the private beach was quite trashy. Overall, it was okay. The food wasn't very tasty.

Overall it's good, but the room is not soundproof at all. It's just enough for sleeping. The old bamboo house is the building next to the bathtub. The hot water is sometimes hot and sometimes not. It's very confusing.

Nice boutique hotel. Clean and large rooms. Was given one of the worst rooms beside the central water cistern which kept me up all night. Avoid ground floor rooms in the main building. Location stunning.

If you like the quiet place, please do not book the Terrace bamboo room. The room was next to restaurant. You will hear very loud music until 10pm.Staffs there were barely speaking English but some of them were helpful. Breakfast was not nice, limited choice. You had better go to cafe nearby called Wake Up Cafe.

The rooms are cute. The swimming pool is very clean, good service, very impressed. If I have the opportunity I will go again ❤️

Good swimming pool, good view, next to the sea, rooms are quite old. Rusty curtains, lots of mosquitoes, free drinking water but the drinking water bottles are not clean. Breakfast is not very diverse 8/10

The photo on the website shows a contradiction to the actual venue. This place has limited space, and there is no parking lot near the accommodation. You have to take a golf cart to reach the parking lot, which has no shade! If you're wondering how it was in the morning, imagine living in a village in a townhouse, to be specific. You will experience your neighbor drilling something into the wall, and some may be making Nam Prik or maybe Somtam with a pestle and mortar. Speaking of cleanliness, there is none behind the TV and behind the bedstand, and the towels are limited, both face towels and foot towels. Most importantly, the breakfast is not a buffet. Overall, I would not recommend it.

Very good service, beautiful view, everyone is friendly, the accommodation is clean, I like it very much. There is a chance to stay again for sure.
