Spacious rooms, friendly staff, hotel location close to city area.

The rooms are poorly maintained/damp, with numerous leaks. The hot water doesn't work. The garden is poorly maintained. Renovations (repairing leaks, replacing wallpaper, adding lighting in the rooms and lobby) would be even better due to the strategic location. Unfortunately, maintenance seems rudimentary. There's no Wi-Fi.

The AC is off, coffee, tea, and sugar are provided, but the sugar is full of ants, and the drinking cups are made of plastic, so how can you drink something hot...

The location is strategic and quite quiet, not too far from the main road and close to a shopping center. The room is quite spacious and clean, making it more than adequate for a small family with one child.

I've stayed here three times. The place is comfortable, the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, there's only one thing that hasn't been fixed yet: the WiFi still can't be accessed in the rooms, it can only be accessed in the lobby.

Just walk to Paragon Mall, the staff are all friendly, so you feel at home.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the place is comfortable, cool, and beautiful. I would still like to stay here again if I am in Solo.

Nice, friendly, polite staff. Very good owner. No need to ask for early check in, you can check in without additional costs. Clean room. Basically, it's comfortable, clean, quiet.

The location close to the mall. One of the room smell very bad. Luckily they let us move 1 room to another without any charges. I hope for our next trip they already figure out the cause of the bad smell.

Cleanliness can be further improved, wifi should be able to cover the entire room.
