Wifi is weak. Breakfast takes a long time to prepare. Light in the room is poor. Soundproofing is poor, you can hear the car horns from the big road, which is quite noisy. There are few restaurants around the hotel, not many dining options, nor are there convenience stores.

What a great hotel. The location is on one of the biggest street of Ba Dinh, near Lotte super market and local food restaurants. The room is spacious and the facilities is beyond a three stars hotel. Room has both shower and bathtub. The toilet is Japanese smart one. When you want room cleaning service or do-not-disturb, just switch the signal inside your room. Hotel also offer free afternoon snack, beer and shots. I enjoyed the fee massage and big hot bathtub on 10th floor which are complimentary. Highly recommend this hotel for your trip in Hanoi. I will definitely come back for my next trips.

The facilities are ok. Breakfast had omlette egg which was great in Japanese style. Staff at restaurant were talking to each other loudly while serving customers. Reception was a bit 1* hotel standard. She almost forgot to give me the key and didn't give advice for breakfast or anything else. Again when check out the reception didn't bother to check room. No concierge service!

Previously in Hanoi in the Old Quarter but this time want to change should choose this hotel. I also know in front of the hotel so everything must be self-sufficiency from the car just had to carry suitcase up the stairs, then the hotel staff is ok but not very happy. Ok, just open the air conditioner and everything is ready. The automatic toilet is the one I see most salvaged the whole. The room is not soundproof, go out in the corridor but hear clearly in the saying always! Bad breakfast, really nothing good always! The staff is ok but I do not understand why I always throw my brother's bear under the carpet and do not even sleep on the bed. In general, ok, I will not go back.
