The room is too dirty. Give guests a room in the basement.

For this price, the room is so small, I have no opinion, it's close to the airport but there is no water, my friend had to wash her hair in the sink but the water dripped. no hot water no hair dryer the water dripped the room was dirty no privacy - we had just come back from Mui Ne and were so tired that we took a nap, while we were sleeping, we heard the sound of swiping the room card (I couldn't tell if it was the cleaning lady or the landlady) and then opened our room door. heard someone talking to the room next door and they were looking for a hair dryer, they said "I remember there is a hair dryer but I don't know which room it is in"??? then they closed the door without apologizing or anything at night I asked the receptionist for the hair dryer, the receptionist said to look for it later and it was missing???

Dirty smelly room, noisy air conditioner, dirty and dusty objects

I have to say it's terrible. The whole hotel is dirty, old, and smelly. Oh my god. This is like a place for one-time guests or drunk people to stay overnight.

The room is very dirty, not cleaned. The toilet is dirty 🥲🥲🥲

Friendly staff, good location. But for this price, the facilities are bad: towels not available, dirty toilet, water jam, no hot water, humid room, poor soundproofing, dirty bed. For this price, it's better to go to hotels near the airport.

8pm check in after a day of working on a sunny construction site and this is the room right after I entered :) then the receptionist changed my room, still dirty, super dirty, but 30% better :) the cups were not washed, the safe was dirty as if no one had lived in it for a thousand years, not that it was not washed or cleaned properly, there were still too many dirty places like sheets, pillows, blankets, etc. but I didn't take any pictures. The staff on the page said to issue an invoice but they've been gone for work for almost 2 weeks and haven't replied :)

Clean room, friendly staff, early check-in available

The bathroom is clogged, there is a lot of trash in the drawer, exposed electrical wires are not taped, very dangerous, the night light is broken, there are mosquitoes.

Toilet smells. Balcony is wet and dirty. No dryer, no parking attendant, no lock for motorbikes, steep and narrow basement, difficult to get in and out, dirty bed sheets, cockroaches, peeling walls.

Hotel near the airport, convenient for travel, friendly staff, safe and quiet hotel

The bed sheet was dirty, there was a towel on the bed frame. When I got to the room, they cleaned the floor, even though I checked in at 4am.

The soundproofing is so bad, it's very loud talking in the hallway.

Needed to book urgently, the room and mattress smelled very bad, not clean, dusty and dirty so I booked 2 nights for more than 1 million but could only stay 1 night, lying down and smelled really weird. Booked a balcony room with a view of the park, but the balcony was narrow so I could only put my feet up but not stand and watch. There was a TV but no power outlet. When I asked the receptionist, they waved their hands and said "the whole TV system is broken" without saying anything more and were annoyed, I felt scared so I kept quiet and couldn't say anything. In general, don't book it. The only good thing is the location is near the airport.

Dirty room, booked in advance but when checked in the wrong room, small room, not clean, missing this and that, will never come back.

The room is clean and comfortable, the only minus point is that the room is for 2 people but there is only 1 towel.

*Advantages: - Central location, convenient to travel - Room as pictured on app *Disadvantages: - Want to change room even though going from ground floor to hotpot 1 even though 2 rooms are the same costs 50k more - Room only has one towel - Room air conditioning is poor, open to 18 degrees but like 26 degrees at home - Humid room - Bed sheets do not smell good

The room was very dirty and dusty. I gave extra money to change the room but the room was still dirty.

Lots of mosquitoes, damp and narrow room, nice location, reasonable price

The hotel service is very bad, booked a room for 1 day but checked in at 5am and checked out at 11am but there was not a drop of water for cleaning, showering... Can't contact the reception, the hotline didn't pick up... after calling, they just mumbled and let it go... Not enthusiastic in supporting customers when the problem was caused by the hotel. Worst ever, hope everyone considers carefully before booking this hotel 😡
