I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable and unsanitary condition of my room. Despite my request for a room change, the following issues remain unresolved: Hygiene: The room is covered in dirt; the bed linens contain hair, sand, and an active ant infestation. Facilities: The toilet is broken and there is no hot water (missing/non-functional water heater) before my flight. I voiced my concerns to a staff member on-site, who requested that I not share my experience publicly to protect her employment. The facility is in poor condition and requires significant maintenance, as most of the utilities are currently out of order, even basic necessities like the lighting were non-functional. I strongly advise others to look for alternative accommodations to avoid similar hassles.
