For the drinking utensils in the room, please clean them even more thoroughly, because when we were going to use them… there were still stains (lipstick marks) stuck to the cups.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. When I checked in, my room's AC was leaking. I contacted the staff, and within minutes, they arrived with a technician.

The hotel and the service are great, however the maintenance of the room is not very good. There are molds in the shower, some cracks, and also the carpet and the wall also look not very well treated.

The hotel's location is good. Unfortunately, there's not enough parking. The room is also a bit cramped. Yesterday's fried rice had a slight odor.

Strategic location. Friendly service. The problem is that the rooms are small. The breakfast variety is the best here.

The staff is quite friendly, but in my opinion it is still standard not so friendly because there are still some staff who smile when approached, when passing by on the street they are indifferent. In fact, I admire the security guards more, they are all friendly even though they are already smiling from a distance. For the food, it is really the best, the chicken is super tender and the spices are great. The menu is very varied, the guavita is great. For cleanliness, it is quite okay but disappointed that the room used to be very clean, now many are not maintained, some stickers have come off and there is moss in the corner of the bathroom, not careful in cleaning the corners of the walls and toilet. Honestly, it is a bit uncomfortable to see it. Overall, Luminor is okay but hope it is still the best like when I first went to Jambi.

- Please note that there are leaks on the bathroom ceiling that need to be repainted... and the wallpaper in the bedroom is starting to peel. - Please fix the TV picture, as it is dark.
