Room quite dark, same with the bathroom. No wardrobe. Location is good!

For family room no. 611, the shower water is small and not strong, so the guest is not satisfied and if you want to watch TV, you can't while lying down because the place is different.

the surrounding area is a tourist spot and there are no toothbrushes, the staff are nice

Good service and fast and friendly check in/out and the lift only goes to the 5th floor and the 6th floor is up the stairs

I have no problem with the room and location, it was good recommendations to visit if you want to close to busy area, just need to get down and you will foud so many things in the street, but the staff service is really bad, I mean really really bad, not smile at all, and not even help us to bring our luggage to the lobby even we met in the front door. I have different name in My passport and booking hotel name, but I show all already and he said he can't find my booking under my name, I mean, we been waiting for more then 1hour only to wait him to check the name. Manm, we are so tired after long flight and travel and he not event smile with us, after he realised that he made wrong to not clearly check my name then he not even say sorry!

They did not clean the room in my 2nd day. But room was affordable, clean and comfortable, They have tour service at 1st floor so we can ask anything there.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The service was very good and the hotel people were friendly. It's just a bit noisy because many cafes have live music until midnight.

They have a room service everyday. They changed towels, tissue papers, and clean the room everyday. The staff is always smiling and very accommodating! I'll be back here I promise!
