Parking is free along the street. The receptionist was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Incidentally, I could hear the sound of mice scurrying happily across the ceiling. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The taste tended to be salty, perhaps my palate isn't suited to East Javanese cuisine.

This hotel is definitely worth it! The staff is friendly and communicative. All the amenities in the room are complete, and you can leave your luggage at the front desk before check-in.

Stayed here because my wife had business at the UB Rectorate, while reminiscing on her beloved UB campus (we are both alumni of UB, FK & FIA). It was so nice to be able to walk around the campus together in the morning with the fresh air and beautiful campus environment... God willing, I will stay here again if there is an event in Nglam.

All was good, I attended the inauguration of my son at UB. The venue was just a walking distance from the guest house. Staff were also very friendly.

Even though it is a guest house, the facilities and services are good, equivalent to a 4-star hotel. It is a good accommodation if you have children or activities at Brawijaya University because it is located on the Unibraw campus.

Spacious & clean room, complete in-room facilities, overall feels comfortable. Intentionally stayed at UB Guest House and it proved to be easy for us to attend our child's graduation at the Samantha Krida building. We also took the time to take a morning walk and Beam in the afternoon around the modern, beautiful and green UB campus. A very pleasant and satisfying experience to be able to enjoy UB Guest House on the UB campus, of course will come back again later.

It is recommended to have a helper on standby to help lift guests' luggage, because this guest house does not have a lift, so it would be a shame for guests to lift their luggage to the 2nd or 3rd floor.
