Strategic location for water games

The environment is not clean & the water service area (Coway) is quite dirty

The location and the view from our room were amazing. Multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach were close by, around 10 minutes away from everything by foot. The pool was very large and clean with a big area for sitting and for kids to play. The room itself was okay and spacious, but there was a door connecting to the room next door, which let us hear every noise and conversation from there. The cleaning service was not good, we asked for our room to be cleaned, but they only swept the floor, made the bed, and changed towels, but the problem with that was that the bedsheets weren't changed, and the towels were very smelly and a bit stained. The bathroom was not cleaned, nor the furniture, and the dirty bath mat was left unchanged. Lastly, the Wi-Fi was not good at all, not in the common areas and specially not in the room, so if you need internet, get a sim card. Still recommend for short stays.

The building is old and looks like a factory, both outside and inside. It smells dusty. The air conditioning and shower barely work. It’s noisy. There is no free parking, so you have to leave your bike on the street. No breakfast. Wi-Fi doesn't work at all - likely because of high load. It is not worth the price.

Bad experiance for me this time coz the room bath is leaking. Furthermore there's no in house restaurant so cannot give rating on food.

The hotel was located in very strategic area within the famous cenang beach in langkawi where you can capture the sunset moment from the beach very close to the hotel

Cenang view *** It was a very dirty hotel stay. The air conditioner did not work. The room was very hot. The instructions for the room were not told to the customer. The staff should have a better service mind. We could not change rooms and charged extra for a double room even though the condition was disgusting. I am very disappointed to stay here. The hotel should be closed down and renovated both the people and the place. What a waste of a good location.

Room good and big, comfortable and also cheaper than other. Got water heater, big and clean bathroom. I just having problem with their air conditioner, really hard to ssetup temp because there is no remote. Only have that box that connected to air conditioner but no display. Every else is good

Good and big room quiet environment very worth dhile for the price

The room is spacious and clean. The amenities are okay. Their towel is not smelly like other people's review. Maybe they have improved their service and cleanliness. What can I say is I had a great stay here for 4 nights. This hotel location is really nearest to Underwater World and Pantai Chenang and other duty-free shops and restaurants. Even the restaurant in the hotel is tasty, especially their nasi ayam. The price is even affordable. Minus to their television and their air conditioner is quite old and doesn't provide any remote. Even their TV can't be watched at all. But not really care much since I don't spend time to watch TV and I don't really like cold temperatures. However, the staff is not that friendly and lacks customer service skills. Need to be trained more on that. At least a smile, basic warm gesture would help.

Close to the beach, strategic location. If you want to eat, just go downstairs.

Value for money, nice to stay. But no free drink in my room. Others should be fine. Oh ya, no free parking.

The toilet has a strong smell of urine from the toilet and the smell of the room smells musty according to the price
