The accommodation is comfortable and suitable for families. The rooms are neat and the service is friendly. It has direct access to the beach. The facilities are also good, including a mini zoo and a swimming pool. There are many room types to suit your needs. The restaurant is also comfortable, with a direct view of the ocean. However, the Wi-Fi is not accessible, even though it's free.

It's a comfortable stay, close to the beach. There's also a restaurant, so you don't have to look anywhere else for food.

Everything is good, the food is delicious, the rooms are clean, access to the beach is only a few meters. In front of the inn there is a cafe which is also good. There is only one thing that makes it uncomfortable, the room has a lot of mosquitoes. If possible, before guests check in, spray with mosquito repellent.

The restaurant menu is still relatively cheap, but the service takes too long. The room is also comfortable, but unfortunately the bathroom area is still dirty, the sink and toilet can't even be flushed. But all the staff are friendly. Hopefully in the future the facilities will be better and the service in the restaurant will be improved. The beach is nice, no drugs 👍🏻👍🏻

This is my third stay at Hexa. It's very close to the beach, comfortable, and perfect for families. The food is delicious, the prices are affordable, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very comfortable and spacious. It was nice for family too.

The location is close to the sea, but the comfort of the room is lacking because the room is damp and the bathroom is not clean.

Hexa has the perfect location, great food and service, short ride to the surf break. We only found the water a little smelly in the bathroom.

Got a room with a partial sea view, and it's close to an aesthetic cafe. We also got a beautiful sunset while we were there. Overall, a nice place!

The room smelled terrible, the shower leaked, and the toilet had a very low water flow. There was no mini fridge or electric thermos. The room smelled terrible, and the air conditioning wasn't even cold.

The room is quite good, the AC is also cold enough even though there is no remote that can be turned on or off via a switch. I'm a bit annoyed with the meatball seller who is very noisy at night when it's time to rest, he hangs out right in front of Marlin's room hmmm, the room is a bit less soundproof, for the toilet, please replace it immediately, it's not good, especially the flush doesn't work, otherwise it's okay.

Just an okay cottage to stay when in Ujung Genteng. It’s a refurbished room and still feels a little bit guesthouse/homestay. Cleanliness is okay, there are many cats and lizards around so the hotel area was not that sanitized. The bathroom smells a bit off and got so many sands on the flooring. Linens & bedding also average. Breakfast was served directly to the room and no selection.

It's good for shelter but the AC isn't cold. There are a few mosquitoes in the bathroom. So the room is a bit hot and noisy because of the mosquitoes.

Helpful staff, great location, right in front of the ocean and cafe, so you can immediately play on the beach when you wake up. However, the water is too small for bathing and other purposes. There's Wi-Fi, but the username and password weren't given to you upon check-in or written in the room, so I didn't use it.
