The hotel staff was friendly, check-in and check-out were quick, and the room was quite comfortable. Please note that room 1006 has pencil marks on the wall. There's also a nail sticking out of the carpet near the window. Please tidy it up so it doesn't hit your feet. The pool attendants were very friendly. It was a pleasure staying at this hotel.

The rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel's atmosphere is very pleasant, especially with its outdoor pool. The views are stunning. The food is also delicious and satisfying. The hotel is also close to a variety of culinary options in the surrounding area. A deposit is required upon check-in.

Overall, it's nice and pleasant, especially since it's easy to get everywhere. The downside is that the rooms are starting to lack maintenance, especially the carpets, which are very dirty and the mattresses are starting to sag.

Very close to Tugu Muda and Lawang Sewu. The rooftop swimming pool offers 360° views of Semarang. Cleanliness is good. The only downside is that the AC doesn't turn on immediately when you insert your room key card into the socket; you have to press the remote control. Something we've never experienced in other hotels.

A good place to stay if you want to visit Kota Lama and Lawang Sewu. Access is also good from everywhere. Stayed in a deluxe room. The room is really spacious, and the AC is cold (love it!), but the toilet area was cramped and hot water is kinda tricky, but not a deal-breaker. The service was great. Recommended.

The rooms are very spacious, the facilities are adequate, and the maintenance could be improved. The price is very competitive considering the location and the large room size, with a 220-square-foot jumbo bed. Recommended.

This hotel was a great stay, with only one downside: it only has two elevators for such a tall hotel. So, getting up and down requires a long wait, and the elevators only accommodate a few people. Otherwise, this hotel is great.
