I stayed on December 18, 2025 for 1 night and took 2 rooms, then stayed again on December 19 and 20, 2025 for 2 nights and 2 rooms, strategic location, on December 22, 2025 I just realized that I had left my shoes in the hotel lobby, I chatted with the hotel's WA number, and was responded to by the hotel staff and I have taken them, the receptionist named Alfad who helped with the initial check-in process and when I took the shoes I left behind, thank you for your help.

First, I'm never fussy, when I get a cheap hotel, I don't have high expectations, the important thing is that the sheets are washed and the AC is cold. First: good location, on the main road, friendly staff, fast check-in without deposit, cold AC, clean sheets even though they are a bit dirty due to age. Second: limited parking, 6-story building but the parking is only in front of the hotel, there is no basement or roof for parking, it happened that there were a lot of people staying there on Saturday night so we parked next to the hotel at WTC and it was free (paid by the hotel), the building is old, so the walls and frames are worn out, not soundproof so we slept all night accompanied by the sound of vehicles passing by on the highway, breakfast was okay. Hopefully it can be improved again

The hotel is located on a main road, but the rooms are not soundproof so the quality of sleep is disturbed because the sound of vehicles outside can be heard inside the room :(

Bisa check in/check out early. Friendly staff and decent food - the drinks were too sweet so I dillute them w water though. Overall ok!

Everyone was friendly, we enjoyed our stay at Amaris Serpong.

The hotel already looks old, the walls of the room are blistered, the lights are dim, the sound of people screaming is clearly audible but the AC feels cold. The bathroom is also very dim, the lights are on the floor, it's a bit dirty.. if it's just for transit, it's okay, but if it's for a staycation, it's not suitable. I think this is the oldest Amaris hotel I've ever stayed at.. when I left the room, the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong, it seemed like it needed to be renovated, the paint also needed to be updated.
