The female employee who spoke with an Isan accent was extremely incompetent in providing service, extremely impolite, rude, and seemed to be someone who had never received any training. She should change her profession. The other female employee who spoke without an Isan accent provided only acceptable service. Overall, I would give her a score of only 1/10.
