With nearly 1.3 million/room without windows, it was truly the most unforgettable experience of my life. The next day, I had to leave Da Nang immediately because of the obsession with the room and the hotel's hygiene. The hotel may be old, but why is it so dirty? I booked 3 nights here for 4 adults but only received 3 towels for 2 days. If the room is not cleaned on the day of the cleaning, the fee for getting a towel is 15k/1 towel. The room is dirty, the bathroom does not have a lock. You should not book this hotel.

The staff were very lethargic, they avoided guests passing by and did not greet them happily. I stayed in room 1401 and the bathtub had a lot of hair, the shower knob had fallen off, I went down to report to the reception but was confused and did not know how to handle it, then a man there went up to check, then said they tried to use it, they would fix it tomorrow morning, but no one came to fix it afterwards. The hotel is very old, just good location, cheap price and buffet

easy to misunderstand for people who are not fluent in English. bed is a bed but is sold at the same price as a room at another hotel. The staff is not enthusiastic, the room is old, the surcharge is high, not worth the price.
