The hotel was incredibly filthy. My child wore glasses, the reception staff had no smile, and although they spoke English, they had grumpy faces. The room smelled strongly of dampness and mold. The bathroom was slimy and still had soap residue. You had to contact reception to get the hot water turned on. It was even dirtier than a rented room. The breakfast buffet was average. They charged our 5-year-old child 50% of the room rate. I don't know how they run their business. I'll never forget my stay.

A terrible hotel experience, unlike anything I've ever encountered. For 3-3.5 million VND per night, the room was worse than a guesthouse back home – dilapidated, moldy walls, stiff and torn mattress, clogged sink… the worst experience I've ever had.

Prices were excessively high during the holiday season. The facilities are outdated.

The hotel room was already dirty upon arrival. The staff said they clean the room every two days. When I reminded them, they said they would clean every three days and change the bedsheets every six days. My God, the mattress and sheets were covered in dirt from the previous guest. And the previous guest didn't bother to change the sheets. The floor was also dirty. The bathroom was cramped, and they left the bathtub in, forcing me to stand in it to shower. It was incredibly unpleasant staying in a room like that. I can't understand why it received a 3-star rating.
