The room was old, damp, and moldy, with dirty sheets, pillows, and mattresses.

The room was quite small, the facilities were old, and the bathroom and toilet were not clean. Some items were broken (hair dryer).

The staff were indifferent, the towels were torn, the room lights flickered, it was noisy, the pillows smelled bad, the water pressure was weak, and there was no security guard to help carry the luggage.

Room - not sure if it’s clean or not, but it looked not so clean and you can feel the dust smell when I walk onto the floor. The fourth floor has no electricity, making the way to the room dark. I cannot believe that this is an active hotel, except for the reception; they are very friendly and very quick in processing the check-in and check-out.

A whole hotel asked to borrow a pair of chopsticks and said they didn't have any when breakfast was served. If you don't want to lend them, you can say the dining room is closed, go get them yourself, wash them yourself, or charge a fee to avoid being annoyed.

The room is very dirty, the smell of cigarettes is very bad. Everything else is acceptable. If I come back to Da Nang next time, I will not come here.

The staff has a bad attitude, does not support customers booking on the app, when asked they said my room was 600k :) very annoying. I asked to clean the room every day but in the 2 days I stayed here the staff did not clean.

I feel very bad, it's very old, dirty like the room is not cleaned. The bed has black mold, the toilet is dirty. I can't stay for more than a day. The staff is sometimes nowhere to be seen, not enthusiastic. Overall very bad.
