It cost nearly 800k VND, but the room was run-down, like a rented apartment. It was actually a different hotel, renamed, with no sign. The room lacked towels and basic amenities, the bathroom was dirty, and there was no Wi-Fi. Overall, it was terrible; you shouldn't try it.

Clean. Good value for money. The smell was awful. I had a terrible headache. I had to go to the beach at 5 am to sleep until 7 am, then the headache went away. When I got back, the smell came back.

No one cleaned the room for two days, and they wouldn't give us toilet paper when we asked. The reception desk was often unstaffed. We didn't know who to contact for assistance. Overall, it was terrible.

I stayed for a week. The first 3 days in room 6*** were fine (hot water worked for the first day). After moving to a different room for the next 3 days, they stopped cleaning. They didn't provide toothpaste (but that's okay, I could have requested it). However, the staff were very enthusiastic and friendly, and the location was close to the beach. Overall, it was okay.

I've stayed here twice and found it quite okay, not too luxurious but if you travel to swim and visit nearby Da Nang, this hotel is a good choice.

The pool is close to the corner of the water pipe and needs to be repaired. The surrounding tiles are easily broken and lie under the pool. Everything else is great.
