Comfortable to bring 2 kids, only brackish water, shower doesn't foam, overall it's really good for the price of 200 thousand

The AC is okay, and the floor is clean. The hot water is okay, but the spray nozzle is dirty and sticks to your skin like there's a small insect in the mattress. The toilet button only releases water once, and no water comes out afterward, so you have to flush it yourself with a dipper or scoop it from a bucket.

The staff service is ok, but unfortunately the facilities are not good, such as the bathroom is not comfortable, the wardrobe is old-fashioned, and the refrigerator has a broken active speaker, only the TV and AC are on and even then the remote doesn't work, and for the breakfast menu, there is only toast, coffee, tea, rice and one side dish.

The hotel staff is friendly and the hotel check in is easy and the bedroom lights are a bit dim and the bathroom water source is sea water and that's okay, we just accept this place.

The hotel is old and has a scary aura/atmosphere, the service is terrible and not family-friendly, and there's no good customer service mindset... I had already purchased my first ticket and planned to stay at the Feri Merak Hotel with my wife and three young children. I asked for an extra bed, but the hotel suggested two extra beds. (I've previously stayed at several hotels in Jakarta, Bogor, and Purwakarta, and they didn't mind adding an extra bed because they were still kids. Other hotels even offered my children to participate in children's activities provided by the hotel.) Furthermore, because the hotel suggested adding two extra beds, I asked to check the room first to check if there was space. Okay, I agreed to add two extra beds, as there was still enough space. Now, when I had agreed to add extra beds for the kids, the hotel insisted on adding a new room (a messed up and unclear). Since this was an old and somewhat scary hotel, I told them I couldn't add another room because my wife and kids wouldn't be able to sleep. I followed the hotel's suggestion of adding two extra beds, but they insisted on adding one room, which they had explained was because they were afraid of being separated. Because they were no longer cooperative and very disappointed, I decided to cancel my check-in and let my ticket expire. May God repay them for this injustice, and let this be a lesson for me and others who will stay at the Feri Merak Hotel.

Not according to expectations. When I wanted to pray, I took ablution, but the taste of the water wasn't really good, it wasn't clear, in the end I used my own water every time I prayed. Old building hotel, really scary. I thought I would get rice for breakfast, but instead it was toast, not really enough, the waiter was also not friendly with the visitors around him.

The hotel is good, clean and comfortable to sleep in, the service is very good, the breakfast is also delicious, close to the beach, just walk, close to Alfamart too and so on. So you don't need to be confused about where to eat.
