The reception staff were very helpful, even carrying my luggage to my room. A staff member assisted me in upgrading my room size for free. The room was clean and airy, and the location near Bui Vien Street was great for eating, drinking, and having fun.

The room has a pretty bad smell from the bathroom, have to open the balcony door when in the room. Contacted 3 staff members, 2 of them were not enthusiastic in supporting customers, answered vaguely. Overall, only good location
