Stayed here for 2 nights. When we first entered the room, we were greeted by a cockroach 🤦🏻‍♀️. Called the front office and no one came for a long time. Then we went out of the room and it turned out there was room service so we asked for help to get rid of the cockroach. The AC wasn't cold so we were hot in the room. The breakfast was delicious, the menu changed every day.

The staff could be more competent. We wanted to park in front, but there was a car that wasn't a hotel guest. We asked to be informed that the car had left, but we didn't get any information. And breakfast isn't available on site? Why can't others have it? Or are the rooms just expensive?

The room was comfortable and well worth it. The only downsides were the hot water in the shower wasn't hot enough and the TV didn't have any channels to watch.

The best hotel for a stopover in Tanjung Pandan, Belitung, is centrally located. It's close to the Satam Monument. Culinary options are also close by.
