The entry way to the hotel was bad. Roads were not in good condition, with potholes, bumpy roads, and an uneven surface. The hotel seems abandoned, with an abandoned water park in close proximity and a half-dead hotel resort nearby. It seems it was once a luxury hotel and sadly, now it has become pretty empty.

While the hotel itself is a comfortable and peaceful place to rest, the facilities and cleanliness are not well maintained. Breakfast is only available on weekends. Please improve the hotel's maintenance.

It was quite clean, and the staff were friendly. Thank God, we had a safe and comfortable 4-day stay.

There's no Wi-Fi in the room, no TV network. The room has mold on the ceiling, the hallway is like a horror movie with lots of seepage from above. There are really bad mosquitoes. Towels are not immediately ready. There are minimal power outlets. The middle price seems to be used to rent the building. Oh yeah, the swimming pool has mold on it, the chlorine is really strong. To the rabbit cage, the rabbits were weak. On the second day there was a PLN blackout, so we used a generator. In short, it's not suitable for a family stay, if you want a short stay, you can bring your partner here. That's enough. 🙏

The staff is friendly. I've stayed here many times, but yesterday I got a corner room, which was less than clean and had peeling paint. The atmosphere was so scary that I didn't stay and checked out immediately. Next time I come here, I'll have to request a room.

Just arrived, the room wasn't very clean, with shampoo residue scattered all over the place and food scraps stuck in the door. The heater wasn't working, the bathroom only had one light on, making it a bit dim, and the exhaust fan wasn't working. The sliding balcony door was a bit difficult to open and close. This hotel would be nice if it were better maintained, and hopefully, it will improve in the future.

The prices are very affordable and the rooms are spacious. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the hotel area, especially the swimming pool area, which is a favorite among children.

The room was dirty, the cleanliness was poor, it smelled bad, the service was not very friendly.

I booked the Grand Park King. It has a balcony, which is nice at night. In front of it is a garden and swimming pool. The bedroom and bathroom are clean. The lights, TV, and AC all work well. They also provide two towels, two coffee sachets, and a carafe of mineral water. There is a garden, swimming pool, hall, etc. It turns out to be very spacious. The cleaning staff are very friendly, and the security guarding the parking lot is also top-notch. Highly recommended for those of you who want to stay here. Suitable for families, large families, and office family gatherings.

I think the room lighting is lacking, especially if you get a room without a balcony and the windows can't be opened in the first room. Otherwise, it's pretty decent.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the room was dirty, with a broken TV, basic toiletries, and thin towels (not as thick as they used to be). It wasn't comfortable for a long stay. Hotel management should address the small things that can make customers uncomfortable.

It would be a good idea to have a sign indicating the shower area so guests who have finished swimming don't have to walk to the elevator to their rooms dripping or wet, making the floor muddy and forcing housekeeping to work extra hard. The floors on the balconies in the rooms were dirty, especially under the air conditioner, which wasn't mopped. Otherwise, everything was fine, no issues.

For its very affordable price, this hotel offers excellent service and is highly recommended for family vacations. The rooms and bathrooms are quite clean. The swimming pool facilities are also well-maintained. There's a mini zoo, a fishing pond, and a mini playground. Breakfast was quite tasty, but the variety was a bit lacking. At 8:30, the main menu was still available, but many of the other menu items were already sold out and not refilled. Hopefully, the facilities and service will improve in the future. Best of luck!
