Good location, but all the amenities are not available, and the hotel is also dirty.

Basically, this apartment is not the same as the photo and the real thing. The walls are damp, full of black mold. Luckily it was only overnight, and the officer who delivered it was friendly.

the room is very dusty and so on. If you bring elderly people or small children, it is not worth it to sleep here, the TV has no sound, the tap is leaking, the bathroom is dirty.

The apartment staff is not very friendly. Before checking in, they asked for money for a deposit but it was not returned. The bathroom is not very clean, the room is not very clean. The TV is old, the room is not soundproof and dark because the main lights are off.

Deposit asked for Rp200,000, then not returned with various reasons. Now contacted but no reply. Please, the app removes cooperation with hotels like this. They do it many times (check the reviews).

Many of the lights were out, it was a bit dirty, people kept sneezing while sleeping, the mattress was not very clean.

This is the worst place to stay I've ever stayed. It's hard to find the check-in area, the distance from the check-in area to the room is far. From the beginning it looked bad because when checking in there were people who complained to the staff. Negatives: - The door handle is broken - The room doesn't match the photo (don't know whose room was uploaded on Traveloka) - The room is dusty and damp, the blanket is unknown whether it was changed or not - Lots of camphor - The main MCB cable is not safe - The TV cable is peeling - The TV remote in the living room is broken, the TV doesn't have any channels - The socket next to the bed makes a "sound" sound - Lots of spider webs" and spots on the wall - Only 1 towel was given - The sink faucet keeps leaking water - The sitting toilet is the worst. Imagine when you poop and flush, your t*i comes out of the side of the toilet. Won't you vomit? Positive things: - TV in the room can be watched and there are broadcasts - There are 2 rooms, can accommodate 4 people, plus there is an additional bed in the living room - There are 2 air conditioners, in the main room and living room In my opinion, the room I got is suitable for testing courage. Rating: -5

The environment is very bad. I went to check in and waited for 40 minutes but no one was at the reception. The sheets were not changed after others went to bed.

TV facilities are not working, the key handle is loose, there is only 1 towel available, liquid soap contains water, confirmation to the receptionist was not responded to. Worrying.

The location is quite strategic because it is close to the Bay Walk mall and also close to the Muara Angke market, just walking distance, but the price is quite worth it

The staff was friendly, and the facilities were decent, but the cleanliness and maintenance need improvement. The floor was dirty, the bed sheets weren't very clean, the toilet was broken, and there were electrical issues. If these problems are fixed, it could be a much better place.

The bad reviews you have seen about this hotel were all true. Three words: "Do not go."

There are small cockroaches. The broken wood of the cabinet is not cleaned. The bathroom is flooded. The lights are dark.

the sheets and blankets were not newly washed as if they had been used by the previous occupants. The electricity went out twice even though I only plugged in my cellphone charger.

The place is kind of hard to reach, Room was small and there is too much glass surrondings. Bathroom floor floods and takes time to drain.
