Room service was good. The breakfast menu was quite extensive and varied. Overall, very satisfying.

The staff was very friendly, we got very enjoyable service, the drinking water was free-of-charge too and can get as much as we can. The room was very clean and wide. The hotel also provides sahoor buffet and it was only 98.000 IDR/pax, very affordable for a luxury hotel like Holiday Inn.

Best hotel with the best experience

Worth the price, nice and clean.

When we were sick, asking the receptionist for help wasn't very helpful. Luckily, we were staying with my husband. If we were staying alone and getting sick, I can't imagine... The shower wasn't powerful enough, and the bathroom was also cramped, especially when the door was open, as it was just barely above the toilet seat. The food was standard. The room was clean and quite spacious. Parking was plentiful and spacious.

Overall, I stayed here for three nights, and it's a good option if you're visiting Bandung. It's close to everything, the staff is friendly, and the food is quite varied.
