I stayed for a week, and the hotel didn't offer any room cleaning at all. The sink faucet was noisy. I never complained.
However, upon check-out, I received spam calls three times at 11:30, 11:45, and 12:00, which made me uncomfortable, as if I were being chased, even though I wasn't late.
Then, upon check-out, I was asked to pay 700,000 Rupiah because the sheets and blanket were stained with Lamongan chili sauce.
I'm aware of the regulations regarding stains on mattresses and sheets, but 700,000 Rupiah seems like a profit-making measure. Please don't profit from repairing ammunition and hotel items. Please note that my stain was from chili sauce, which is very easy to remove (not marker ink, lipstick, or other harsh chemicals).
I actually intended to go upstairs and clean it with detergent, but I was too lazy to, as the hotel manager refused to meet me downstairs.
Please think again, I'm staying for 1 week, not one day, so the chance of getting stains is high and the room will definitely be dirty because you never cleaned my room at all, thank you.
