It was a pleasure staying here! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and cool, and the location was quite strategic. It's right next to Janji Jiwa, so it's perfect for coffee and toast for breakfast. 😍

The hotel staff was helpful. I got a room on the second floor, so I didn't have to carry my stuff too far. The water heater was good. The AC was cold. The ambiance was pleasant, not noisy, and there was no cigarette smoke or musty odor. The TV was fully equipped. It was a good place to stop and rest. The only downside was the lack of a table.

The room is okay, but the parking is not very convenient. There is no wall or fence separating it from the main road.

The location of the accommodation is strategic, the environment and rooms are clean, the price is also affordable

I stayed for a week, and the hotel didn't offer any room cleaning at all. The sink faucet was noisy. I never complained. However, upon check-out, I received spam calls three times at 11:30, 11:45, and 12:00, which made me uncomfortable, as if I were being chased, even though I wasn't late. Then, upon check-out, I was asked to pay 700,000 Rupiah because the sheets and blanket were stained with Lamongan chili sauce. I'm aware of the regulations regarding stains on mattresses and sheets, but 700,000 Rupiah seems like a profit-making measure. Please don't profit from repairing ammunition and hotel items. Please note that my stain was from chili sauce, which is very easy to remove (not marker ink, lipstick, or other harsh chemicals). I actually intended to go upstairs and clean it with detergent, but I was too lazy to, as the hotel manager refused to meet me downstairs. Please think again, I'm staying for 1 week, not one day, so the chance of getting stains is high and the room will definitely be dirty because you never cleaned my room at all, thank you.

The hotel staff is quite humble and responsive. Additional feedback: Replace the shower gel with a better one.

The sheets and bed cover were dirty and smelled like they hadn't been washed. The towels were no longer white and the edges were torn.

Good: Affordable for this kind of inn! The staffs were friendly, the lobby was very clean and smelled good, check-in process was efficient, room was clean, beds were comfy and even got two pillows, AC worked well, there's TV, there's hot water (yay!) / To consider by future visitors: No toothbrush and toothpaste, so bring your own or buy on the lobby (they sell those needs, but towels were provided), no lift, parking area was limited especially for cars. / Will come again for sure 😁 💕

The place is comfortable, clean and the Wi-Fi is okay, the atmosphere is calm, the staff are friendly. The area around the inn has many food and snack sellers so it is suitable for pregnant women. Near Galaxy Mall, definitely recommended 👍👍

It's worth the price, especially for those who are having activities around ITS, the location is not far and there's no traffic jam... but if you get one on the 3rd floor, it's quite suffocating hehehe facilities include towels and soap, the rest you have to bring your own, eating utensils are not provided

It's really worth the money! Even though there is no elevator and the room is on the 3rd floor. The room is also small, only enough for 1 person to pray. It just so happens that the direction of the qibla is right. There is no coffee or tea in the room. But for this price, getting a room this clean and nice is no problem at all.

The place is very clean, fragrant, and really delicious.

Not bad for an overnight stay in Surabaya

For a price of 200 thousand, you can get a clean room, air-conditioned, comfortable and with good wifi, close to ITS.
