The building is in disrepair, with poor lighting in both the corridors and the rooms, completely unsound, and dim lighting, especially in the bathroom. Thankfully, we got a room with a clean bed, so we could still rest. The most important thing to note is its remote location in an area of abandoned shophouses, surrounded by construction, making it difficult to find the hotel. My motorcycle taxi (ojek) bookings were also constantly being canceled. Luckily, the pedestrian exit wasn't far, so we could wait outside the shophouse area for the ojek.

Please be careful if guests bring vehicles, as hotel parking is not free. The daily parking fee is Rp 100,000.

The bathroom is dirty and smelly, even looking at the bathroom makes me feel bad about taking a shower.

This is where my parents stopped after dropping me off at Gambir Station. It's in a pretty strategic location.

Got the 3rd floor, the lights were dark, the TV wasn't a smart TV and only had 1 channel, the AC wasn't cold, the bathroom was dirty, the water that came out was really brown, and the water heater didn't work.

Moldy chairs, dirty water, water heater that wouldn't work, millipedes, stained beds that looked like they hadn't been changed, and unclear TV pictures that sputtered due to signal interruptions. Not worth the price, very uncomfortable.

Ok near city center and close to everywhere

The staff is responsive to whatever we need, cleanliness is lacking and privacy in the room makes it uncomfortable with the black glass behind the TV, and if you bring a vehicle please I suggest not to, because the hotel does not cover parking fees where I stayed 2 nights for the parking fee alone was IDR 200,000, especially since I am from out of town who really needs a private vehicle.

The room smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room, the mattress had mites, the bathroom was a mess, the walls were stained and so were the chairs.

The service was good, the room was nice, but when we arrived, there was a lot of standing water, and it turned out the room was leaking. But we got a new room, which was a bit damp, and the chairs were a bit dirty.

Too bad I didn’t take pictures. Overall, I recommend this hotel to backpackers on budget. The hotel location is indeed in the middle of the city, but is in complicated complex surrounds with construction. Bathroom floor is wet, no shield between shower and toilet. Shower head looks.. moldy. No wifi. No water refill. No staff when we’re about to check out. All old stuff. I noticed they flipped out the bedsheet instead of changing it..? So yeah.

not suitable for use with family, the bathroom cannot be used at all because the water is rusty and muddy, as for the staff, the staff are quite friendly, the only downside is the cleanliness of the bathroom, let alone using it for bathing, it can't even wash your hands.. for hotel management to immediately pay attention to this, also parking is not free, it is calculated per hour..

The hotel is dimly lit. I don't know if that's the design or what, but it makes showering uncomfortable, and the water heater doesn't work. Although it's close to the Harmoni bus stop, if improvements aren't made, staying at the Shantika Harmoni Hotel is not recommended.

The room is nice and modern, but I don't want to go back there. There's a small hole in the door that's only covered with paper, it looks like it's made for peeping, the window can't be closed, the water smells and is yellow, and it seems like this hotel is famous for young people checking in with their girlfriends for a short time.

The location is a bit difficult, the hotel is comfortable, registration is not complicated, the only minus is the parking

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. A complaint about a leaking AC unit was promptly addressed and we were given another room.

It was very pleasant and comfortable. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly.
