Convenient location to Bach Dang Wharf, Walking Street, Shopping Mall, friendly and attentive staff. My family stayed during the Great Festival so the staff advised on where to watch the parade, the hotel prepared a full breakfast combo ready for guests to pick up early in the morning to bring along.

My family had a pleasant stay here, the staff is friendly, polite, the hotel is clean, the breakfast is quite varied. Walking distance to the Post Office, the Church is not too far, near the shopping centers. Highly recommend everyone to choose to stay here

Despite a short stay, but it was a great experience. The hotel is easy to find, in the city center, very strategic to go to tourism areas, restaurants and essential spots. The room is nice and clean. The staff are friendly and mostly understand and speak English. Food is fine, despite the limited selection. Will definitely comeback here when I visit Ho Chi Minh City again.

I am very disappointed staying at this hotel. I bought a Superior room but when I arrived I was given a Standard room, there was a fierce commotion. This seems intentional for many reasons. Finally I was given another room which was not clear what type of room it was. Room without view. When checking out there was another commotion. They asked me to pay for 1 slipper which was not in the room. I said I didn't have it and asked me to search my bag. Finally I paid so that the problem was quickly resolved. All hotel staff looked unfriendly from day 1 to day 4. It was a really bad experience staying at this hotel.

That day, I went to Saigon Corp hotel, everything was very good, but on the morning of November 3, it was not time to check out, I went up to the 9th floor to have breakfast around 9:30. Cleaning the room while the guest's belongings have not been moved yet. I'm a bit unsatisfied with this. Hope the hotel will learn from this experience .

their service was very good, staffs are friendly, rooms are on good condition with clean and comfortable, breakfasts are rather good especially for Vietnam coffee phin.

The receptionist, Jolie Lam is superb! If I have to give a rating, she scores 11 out of 10. She is smiley, she listens well, give good recommendations and very very helpful. Location is in District 1, near to Opera House, easy to find food around the hotel.

The hotel is clean, the staff is enthusiastic. Will be back!

The room is clean and I got free upgrade. Breakfast is okay and varied. I stayed happily for 5 nights.
