Stayed here because of my mom's recommendation and brought a family group so we opened 4 rooms, the price is not deceiving, it's really cheap... The AC is cold, but.. I was shocked when I saw the towels 🥺 I even called the receptionist to ask for towels because I thought they were doormats 😅 and the receptionist said "those are your towels, Sis", the towels were really dirty and torn, according to my aunt "the sheets are really dirty", then the toilet was yellow like it hadn't been scrubbed 🥲 the hot water wasn't working they said it was being repaired, couldn't borrow a spoon they said "can't lend one yet" so what's the point of having a restaurant? 😆😆 gongnyaaaa on the last day of staying, the hotel lights went out twice hahahhaah then suddenly cockroach babies appeared near the bed, no wonder my child was itchy staying there hikss.. but all the staff were very nice but if asked to stay at Sumi again, sorry.. I would refuse 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 no more excuses …

Overall very satisfactory

A regular staycation. When I go to Surabaya, the service is great, the rooms are clean, and the AC is cool. Yesterday, I got a free upgrade to a superior room because the power suddenly went out. Definitely recommended.

Friendly hotel staff, clean rooms

Clean, nice, comfortable, really good

The room was small for two bedrooms but generally clean. However, we noticed a large stain on the duvet cover, and one of the beds had a spot that looked like it might be from urine, which was unpleasant. The toilet seat cover looked old, with the plastic peeling and turning brownish. The hotel lobby also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and even in the non-smoking room we could still smell cigarettes. It might help if the hotel improved ventilation or used aromatherapy diffusers to reduce the smell. Overall, it’s acceptable for a short overnight stay if you just need a place to sleep, and the room itself was fairly clean.

I've been moved several times. The first superior room I stayed in had a broken toilet bidet (it wouldn't spray strongly and instead directed downwards). Then, due to an urgent need to defecate, I was directed to another room on the same floor that was still being cleaned, and then to another room with a guest who had just checked out. Thanks to the extra-fast service from the two cleaners, I was finally able to move in. But after resting for a few minutes, there was another knock on my door, directing me to move to a room that matched the voucher I'd purchased. In the last room, several light switches didn't work, even though the access card was attached to the wall, and the AC and TV were working. Finally, I found a working light switch and was able to rest easy.

I've been here several times, the facilities are great, the rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. Always a success.

So far it's good, cool and comfortable, but there are a few cockroaches

for transit okay.. access etc.. deposit must be in cash, this is what makes it difficult, aka annoying
