Recommended to stay here for a staycation with family

The room is very comfortable, just a little afraid of the night view because the building next to it is empty, but overall it's okay.

The hotel here is budget-friendly but not cheap. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious and varied. The kids won't get bored. There's also a water dispenser for refilling drinking water. Plus, there's a kitchen, which is very helpful if you're bringing kids.

The place is perfect for families. It offers complete apartment-like amenities and the staff is very friendly. I was given a tour of the room so I could compare it to other accommodations. Thank you to the staff; everyone was so welcoming.

This is my 5th time staying at the Midtown Residence Hotel in Surabaya... I always get good experience and service... clean and comfortable rooms, complete facilities, delicious food and lots of choices... although yesterday there was an incident in the room... in the early hours of the morning we heard a small explosion in the room followed by a burning smell... so we called twice the staff came to check and it turned out the explosion was from the refrigerator... finally it was handled well.. 👍

I like this hotel because... The parking is spacious, no valet parking like the other Midtown hotel... The hotel entrance is the same as the entrance to the mall next door... The staff is friendly and very helpful... I got a room on the 15th floor facing the front, with a beautiful view of the city...but, sorry, the glass has lots of stains, so it's not very clear anymore... The room is spacious, with a kitchen and a mini washbasin, in the type I stayed in...but sorry, there are lots of small cockroaches...there are cockroaches in the kitchen, and there are also small cockroaches beside the bed that usually like to live in cars...but it's okay, I'm not afraid of small cockroaches, they're just a bit annoying... The bathroom is clean, not clogged, and doesn't smell. The amenities are complete, from soap, lotion, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush, comb, even mustache trimmers are available... And the hotel is close to the main road Yes... coincidentally, when I was staying overnight, there were a lot of ambulances passing by... maybe every 30 minutes, there was the whoosh whoosh of ambulance sirens... As for the food at the restaurant, it was quite varied and tasted quite good... There's a pool area, spacious and clean, but I didn't have the chance to try it.

The staff was quite friendly and responsive. The hotel's location wasn't too far from the city center, and the rooms were clean and quite spacious for the price.

The hotel staff is very friendly and very quiet for resting, can cook too.

Unfortunately, I woke up late so I couldn't enjoy breakfast.. 🫩🫩

The rooms are clean, and the breakfast menu is delicious. The rooftop features a gym, a children's play area, and a swimming pool complete with sunbeds.

This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel but it feels like sleeping at home, the sound of vehicles can still be heard so I don't sleep well and I don't know why I feel bored when I'm in the room even though usually when I go to a hotel I like to spend time in the room.

A family-friendly hotel with affordable prices and apartment-like facilities...the location is close to many restaurants and close to everywhere.
