Broken window in both rooms that we booked, insecure & noisy as the rooms are at level 1. Stained bedsheet & towel. Breakfast has limit of 2 eggs per person.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable. Very conveniently located and close to attraction e. G. Near to restaurant, mini market, bank and DIY. The breakfast is also great!

The room is very dusty..the curtains are full of dust..the aircond is dirty..the toilet is like an abandoned toilet..I have breakfast, take water from the coffee machine and suddenly the rat comes out..I feel nauseous..the price is expensive but the mattress is dirty. .

Room air conditioner was very bad. Very hot.

Bilik yang sangat luas, bersih, kemudahan yang lengkap, iron & iron board disediakan dalam bilik, ada lift, parking yang banyak, proses check-in yang mudah & cepat, dan receptionist yang ramah..overall sangat memuaskan.👍

The hotel is good, complete facilities, good service.

The toilet is very dirty, the walls and floor are covered with moss and water drips and stagnates under the sink, the room is not well clean because some parts are dusty, the TV channel pasted on the table is fake. All those channels do not exist. No HBO, no movies, which has normal channels.

Room not really clean. Bedsheet have black stain dirty, face mirror with dusty.

Pertama masuk tengok dekat sinky bilik mandi ada bekas rokok yang tak di bersihkan..kemungkinan selepas orang lain check out bilik tu tak di cuci langsung hanya di kemas shaja...lantai licin dan berhabuk...udara pengap...tv tak berfungsi dengan baik..

Hi..I am staying at this hotel for the second time..the first experience was nice and cozy...but the second time was the worst..we stayed in an attached room which the guest who stayed next to us smoking in their room all night long..we had made a complain to the receptionist but the problem remains..this was disappointing and we have babies in our room..i hope that the management can took this matter seriously

Bad hotel. Bad maintenance. Bad service.

The rooms are clean the service is also good, just a little building.

Great location, near Auto City and Penang Bridge.
