The room is clean, nice, comfortable, soft, and the bathroom is quite clean.

Dirty water, dirty bathrooms, damp rooms, moldy walls, dusty chairs, weak air conditioning, and the unpleasant smell of mold in the rooms are all very uncomfortable. Can you imagine? Hotel management seems to have no regard for service standards and cleanliness. Other guests have been complaining about the same things for months, but the quality hasn't improved.

When we first entered the room, it was dirty. The bathroom was dirty and leaking, and cockroaches were infested. Five minutes later, we were moved to a more comfortable room. It turned out the bed was wobbly and broken when we sat on it. Finally, we were moved to a room on the third floor. The room was better than the previous two. The air conditioning was noisy and not very cool. But when I went to take a shower in the morning, the water was dirty and mixed with dirt. I think this hotel is no longer worth selling. It needs a complete overhaul.

Friendly, responsive staff Located in the city center, lots of food in front of the hotel, close to Mog for walking, and close to Kayoetangan. If I were asked where I'd stay next time I was in Malang, I'd stay here again.

The hotel is in a strategic location and there are many cafes or shops to visit around the hotel, close to the MOG mall. The service is friendly, the check-in and check-out process is very good and fast. Unfortunately, the hotel's cleanliness is not maintained. There is a lot of dust on the wooden mattress and it is not recommended for babies because it can interfere with breathing. There is a lot of mold on the walls and ceiling of the bathroom. Hopefully the hotel owner will carry out routine maintenance and maintain cleanliness. It is very unfortunate that the hotel is in the middle of the city and strategic but not maintained cleanliness. The bathroom is dirty and filthy even though the hotel is good

The bathroom water was cloudy yellow, the tap had to be opened first before use, no toiletries were provided except towels, no mineral water was provided, only leftover liquid soap, at 6 am there were no staff at all.

The positive side of this place is the surrounding environment: it's close to a minimarket, pharmacy, legendary food, snacks, and even a ranch market across the street. It's definitely a great place to eat or grab a snack. The price is also quite affordable for a family room with a king-size bed and a single bed. The downside is that the bathroom door won't close, which makes the bathroom smell bad. The water is yellow. And the gong, because I brought a baby and his toys got under the bed, the bed was really dirty, full of trash, especially water bottles. The bed cover also smelled like unwashed laundry. It's a shame, because if the service was good and it was better, it would be messy, especially since it's in the upper Kawi area. It seems like it's been neglected, so the management is just being careless. Huh, let's improve it. It has huge potential.

I've been here several times but this is the most uncomfortable, I got a room with a dirty bathroom that had cockroaches, the first water that came out was very yellow, the smell of urine reached the room, when I asked for air freshener I was given one that looked like bird spray but the spray was broken, the room was also musty, it's really unfortunate even though the hotel is big and nice but it's not well maintained, hopefully in the future they can pay attention to the cleanliness of the room, good luck🫶
