Thank you, great service. This is my third stay here. The staff were very helpful when we needed to check in quickly. The place is quiet.

The hotel was actually nice. I stayed for two days, but the room wasn't cleaned, the trash wasn't picked up, the AC wasn't cold, and I wasn't given mineral water for two days. In fact, when I checked out, I asked about it, and they offered me some, but I didn't want it.

The hotel room was dusty and stuffy, and the air conditioning wasn't cooling. There were no room amenities (mineral water, tea, coffee, or toiletries). The elevator was broken.

The rooms are stuffy, dirty, and the hotel is poorly maintained. It's definitely worth closing, but it's still operating. The AC isn't cold, it leaks, and there are lots of cockroaches.

The room and bathroom were filthy. There were ants on the table, and the bathroom door was creaking underneath. The water kept turning murky.

3-star hotel (Chaotic). Bad. The hotel is poorly maintained. The AC is not cold (there is a lot of dust in the indoor filter). The toilet is very dirty. There is mold in the room and in the hotel hallway. Musty smell in the room/toilet. I'll let the photos/videos do the talking. The bottom line is don't stay, check out immediately.

The hotel has no intention..when I arrived there was no receptionist..if you don't intend to open the hotel, just close it..just make me emotional.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I got a promotional price. It was quite pleasant with the friendly welcome from the hotel staff, and the room was quite spacious. Although the hotel has an old building feel, it is still pleasant. The view overlooking the main road and the city is beautiful to see at night, twinkling city lights and tall buildings around. It is easy to access the city and is close to Gubeng train station. I hope to visit again, thank you.
