Clean hotel and strategic location

Friendly staff, strategic location close to everywhere, quite spacious room, but there is not much variety in breakfast and I booked two rooms, one of the glass rooms was very dirty.

The bedroom is good enough for one person space. Though, the bath room is quite small, but still ok. The size of television is just enough. It’s just right to lay down on the bed while watching tv. If you wish to stay in middle of the city, this hotel is recommended.

The hotel is quite nice, but for the price, the entertainment is a bit lacking. There's no swimming pool, and the TV keeps buffering, and even then, it's only local TV. The staff is friendly, and the parking lot is full of people and everyone is efficient.

The location is very strategic. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast selection is quite varied, including various flavors of Indomie noodles, cilok (cilok), seblak (seblak), popcorn, and cotton candy. However, the room, especially the sheets and table, felt dusty. So far, so good. I would return to this hotel if I were in Bandung.

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very friendly, they gave great dining recommendations, and the location is very close to the city center. I recommend this hotel and will probably stay here again if I ever come back to Bandung. The room was very large, a little noisy from other rooms, but not too loud. Everything was great. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Please change the yellow sheets and towels, the bathroom smells of urine all the time, the food is also awful, the porridge is cold, the menu for both nights is the same, the first and last one,

I hope they could provide new sheet, pillow case, and towel too.

The kettle for hot water doesn't work, the refrigerator isn't cold, I asked for a non-smoking room, the reason is it's full, the room still smells really bad of cigarettes,... the towels are really shabby, the color is gray, how can it be like this for 1 million rupiah... please fix it

Staying at Ibis is very pleasant because it is very strategic to any destination, the service is very good.

I've stayed here twice, the hotel staff is friendly, the location is strategic, and the food is also delicious.

Please do not use the towel again if there are stains on it. The sheet set and towels are starting to fade.

Check-in and check-out were easy. Towels needed recharging. The TV signal took a long time to load, only working in the morning. The staff checking the TV, delivering food, and parking attendants were friendly, informative, and helpful. The hotel is strategically located and easily accessible.

The soundproofing of the room must be taken into account again, sounds from the next room can be heard, is this possible in the connecting door zone?
