The room was dirty and smelled musty and reeked of cigarette smoke.

Everything is great, except perhaps the Wi-Fi is a bit slow because there's only one Wi-Fi connection for everyone. If possible, each floor should have Wi-Fi.

The place is comfortable for introverts because it is not too crowded.
