Please improve the comfort, do not let anyone make noise, please reprimand so that you can sleep better.

The hotel is comfortable for families, we took the Minang type, it was cool to have a room on the 2nd floor, it was really cool, the hotel is still a bit in the middle of the city so it's easy to find food.

The room was stuffy because there was no air conditioning or fan, so there wasn't adequate air circulation. The bathroom exhaust fan was broken.

Highly recommended for another vacation, the hotel staff are very friendly.

The 2-night experience was quite memorable, pleasant, comfortable environment with lots of greenery. Close to Ciwidey town square which at night is a snack paradise. The staff are all friendly, thumbs up. The room & bathroom are quite clean, only the sheets smell a little musty. In the Superior class 103A there is a sofa that smells of urine, probably from the previous guest. Note from me, to get rid of the urine smell so that the next guests don't complain. Check-in time is listed at 3:00 PM, but I was only able to check in at 3:45 PM. The rest is good, maybe next time I will come back. Thanks Pesona Ciwidey.

No fan and aircon available for the stay and stuffy and many mosquitoes so better choose other option if you unable to sleep without aircon.
