The bathroom smelled so bad it spilled out of the bedroom, and the water heater wouldn't work. The bedroom lacked ventilation, and the mattress was old and uncomfortable. The kettle wouldn't work. Hotel owners, please install an exhaust in the bathroom, provide hot water, as Ciwidey's showers are cold, and provide ventilation in the bedroom for air circulation. Replace the mattress with a decent one.

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful, even though when I wanted to borrow a hairdryer, I couldn't get one because someone else was borrowing it. The only downside, in my opinion, is that the restaurant isn't open 24 hours. When I arrived at 11 PM and the kids were hungry, it turned out the restaurant was already closed.
