Comfortable atmosphere around Ciwidey

The 2-night experience was quite memorable, pleasant, comfortable environment with lots of greenery. Close to Ciwidey town square which at night is a snack paradise. The staff are all friendly, thumbs up. The room & bathroom are quite clean, only the sheets smell a little musty. In the Superior class 103A there is a sofa that smells of urine, probably from the previous guest. Note from me, to get rid of the urine smell so that the next guests don't complain. Check-in time is listed at 3:00 PM, but I was only able to check in at 3:45 PM. The rest is good, maybe next time I will come back. Thanks Pesona Ciwidey.

No fan and aircon available for the stay and stuffy and many mosquitoes so better choose other option if you unable to sleep without aircon.

The size of the bed is small, even though it was clear when booking for 2 adults and 1 5 year old child, the TV was broken and couldn't be turned on🥲, please improve everything

The hotel location is near the food street, the price is cheap, the atmosphere is still cool.

The bathroom smelled so bad it spilled out of the bedroom, and the water heater wouldn't work. The bedroom lacked ventilation, and the mattress was old and uncomfortable. The kettle wouldn't work. Hotel owners, please install an exhaust in the bathroom, provide hot water, as Ciwidey's showers are cold, and provide ventilation in the bedroom for air circulation. Replace the mattress with a decent one.

The room is nice, but it lacks hangers.
