My family's favorite hotel because it's in the city center, easy to access, the hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly!!✨

Because it's quite far from home and it's a holiday, there's CFD in Depok, which is quite fun because the location is in front of the hotel.

The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. The location is strategic.

The room I stayed in was right in front of the towel and blanket storage room, so the hotel staff often gathered in front of the room to chat, which could be heard inside, which was very disturbing to the guests. The food (noodles) provided were salty, and the chicken was very bland. Luckily, there are many restaurants around the hotel.

The staff are very friendly, I like them.

It's just a shame that the TV in Favhotel's class is like the neighbor's TV. It's not yet a Smart TV. Plus, the TV screen color needs to be fixed, basically, the TV really needs to be replaced. The suggestion is that all rooms have Smart TVs, because most people who stay at the hotel prefer to spend their time in their rooms.

The room is clean, the service is good, the location is very strategic.

I stayed for 2 nights, just to borrow plates and glasses, I was charged a fee, the variety of food in the restaurant was limited, the toaster was broken

The service is friendly, the rooms are small but comfortable, the food has a little variety, access to the city is easy, it is quite comfortable for transit.

Nice and cool and comfortable, suitable for families who want to travel

This is our second time staying at this Fave hotel in Depok. This time we got a room on the 5th floor. The door key card was not very sensitive and had to be tried several times before the door would open. We finally reported this to the front office and they helped us scan a new card (problem solved). The bed sheets were slightly unclean (still had stains), please improve the cleanliness of the sheets. Since only smoking rooms were available, it was slightly uncomfortable for us and the cigarette smell clung to our clothes :( The hotel parking lot is very limited; perhaps improvements could be made in the future. The prayer room was clean and prayer equipment was available. The indoor AC unit in room 521 is noisy; please fix it. Overall, for a budgeted hotel, the facilities are quite good Thank you
