What stood out the most from this hotel is how pretty it is. Though small, it's such a nice option for a quick getaway when traveling solo or with family. I especially enjoyed their bed and pillow. For me, who always has a hard time sleeping at a new place, I had such a good night's sleep. The room size for the RA type is decent for 2 people, however, the bathroom is on the small side where you almost get the whole floor wet when showering. What stood out next is their breakfast, which I found quite tasty! The variety of choices is just right to not make you overwhelmed, tastes great, and I loved how fast their waiter service is. Will definitely be back and try their bigger room types.

Overall, it's okay, and the service is good. However, breakfast is really only for two people, and children are charged IDR 80,000-100,000.

The minuses first: 1. The bathroom in the Ra type is very small, so if you bring a child and want to bathe the child, it's a bit cramped. 2. The room I was in was a bit stuck when I wanted to open it. 3. There is little storage & clothes hangers. The pluses: 1. Spacious parking. 2. Check-in & check-out are no problem. 3. The hotel area, room, swimming pool, restaurant are very clean & aesthetic. 4. The Ra room is spacious enough to add 1 extra bed, the bed is also spacious enough for 1 adult & 3 children aged 6-8 years. 5. The chlorine in the swimming pool doesn't hurt the eyes, this is important for children. The children's swimming pool is also cool, there is a stone slide. 6. The breakfast is standard but quite varied. 7. It's also close if you want to go anywhere, to Malioboro & Taman Pintar if there is no traffic jam, it's only 15 minutes by car. 8. There is a special faucet for ablution in the bathroom, making it easier for those who want to pray.

Love the ambience! I think I will come back to stay here again if I go to Jogja.

I was delighted to stay at the Yats Colony Hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, with complete amenities, a swimming pool, and a great breakfast. 👍 God willing, I'll stay here again if I ever visit Yogyakarta.

The service was satisfactory, from check-in, to entering the room, the restaurant staff, and the parking attendants, everyone was friendly and helpful. Perhaps because it's old, the building is a bit shabby. There are some broken and worn details in the room, but they don't affect its functionality, so they're forgivable. Overall, it needs more detailed maintenance. I was happy staying here, as there were plenty of delicious snacks at night. And at breakfast, although the food choices were limited, they were all delicious. I plan to bring the kids to stay here too, and try out the beautiful swimming pool. Hopefully, it will be better by then.

The room was nice and clean, and the service was friendly and prompt. When I had a problem with the air conditioning, they responded very quickly and upgraded me to a room. I was very satisfied with my stay here.

Very aesthetic. I like the room's frangipani diffuser so much that I bought it. Do note that the onsen is shared between 4 units (2 at onsen-level and 2 above) though there's no other people there when I visited.

The hotel is cute, with lots of great photo spots, comfortable, quiet, and beautiful. There are also plenty of culinary spots around the hotel. The lighting at night is perhaps lacking, especially since the hotel doesn't have an elevator. The stairs and hallways should be brighter to make it less scary. Overall, it's good.
